We are located in the DOC Monreale area of the Jato valley, in a territory ideal for viticulture and with the optimal soil conditions for growing Syrah. The landscape extends for 77 hectares, 38 of which are vineyards, including olive and fruit trees surrounding the La Monaca winery, which provides a touch of liberty to the countryside. A family Estate owned by the Sallier de La Tour cousins, who in 2009 joined the Regaleali Estate, Capofaro, Tascante and Whitaker becoming part of the Tasca dAlmerita company. Through our project for promoting the territory, each day we combine experience and experimentation, authenticity and passion to cultivate the Syrah and other local varieties: Grillo, Inzolia and Nero dAvola. Each one of our projects speaks directly to wine enthusiasts, attracted by an urban countryside context.
