description
The Suavia winery is the story of a family that devoted itself totally to the vine and wine, in a very small village in the hills of the Soave Classico.
Everything revolves around a magical castle which contains the work of Meri, Alessandra and Valentina who lead the company.
The cultivation is limited to only two autochthonous Soave varieties: Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave.
Grapes that have lived on these hills for centuries, worked in the traditional way using the force of gravity and the influence of the moon phases.
The last born in the Suavia house, we could call it the prince, is Massifitti, a wine that wants to rediscover the ancient Trebbiano di Soave grape.
The grapes are harvested manually with fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts.
Minimum filtration to maintain the characteristics of the grapes and the result is a white with great freshness with an elegant and creamy structure.
Giallo paglierino brillante.
