Description
Tenuta Santa Lucia is located in Mercato Saraceno, in the heart of rural Romagna where, through organic and biodynamic agriculture, the quality and enhancement of the different expressions of the territory are sought.
The company philosophy is based on the need primarily to produce without poisoning the earth, avoiding the use of any chemical substance and using only natural preparations and organic and vegetable compounds.
The Bio approach should be routine and not the exception.
From these lands and from this philosophy the Santa Lucia Albana Albarara estate was born, obtained from the autochthonous Albana grape harvested by hand.
The grapes are carefully selected and after spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, they age for 12 months in steel.
The white that comes from this process is appreciated for its balance and gustatory intensity.
A wine that can safely rest for 6 years in the cellar and maintain all its qualities.
Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati e buona brillantezza.
All'olfatto è fine e intenso con riconoscimenti di note di fiori gialli: ginestra, camomilla selvatica, e frutti gialli maturi.
Vino secco ed equilibrato, rotondo e caldo, ben supportato da un piacevole fresco e sapido finale.
Insalate di pesce, risotto ai frutti di mare, piatti di pasta con salse a base di pesce, di formaggi o di verdure, frittate e omelette, carni bianche, bolliti, formaggi fermentati.

Looking ahead to us means paying the utmost care to our Planet increasingly troubled by the thoughtless use of its precious natural resources. In the current problematic historical contest each and everyone of us faces a heavy responsibility: to guarantee a sustainable future -and a present- to the Earth and all its inhabitants. Thats why we decided to change to organic and biodynamic production; the effects of the winery operations on the environment are minimized: we use environmentally friendly power and materials are recycled wherever possible. Our care and our effort are continuously aiming to preserve the natural setting.
