We are in the heart of the Marne valley, where Champagne comes to life and where we find many wineries that stand out for their quality and uniqueness.
Among these, the Domaine Thévenet-Delouvin stands out for the use of production methods in full respect of the environment, sanctioned by the awarding of two important certifications: H.V.E. (high environmental value) and V.D.C. (sustainable viticulture of Champagne).
Here the three vines of Champagne are grown: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which give life to a series of production of considerable interest.
Within the company, all phases are followed with precision, in order to create authentic cuvées that highlight the characteristics of the terroir and guarantee wines with a strong personality.
Among the Champagne ambassadors of the know-how of this Domaine and of the terroir of the Marne valley we find the Carte Noir Brut which surprises for its aromaticity and freshness.
A very pleasant and delicate cuvée obtained from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Bouquet olfattivo, composto da sentori che richiamano i frutti maturi, come pera e albicocca, seguite da brioche e lieviti, e infine da sfumature minerali e mielate.
Taste
Fresco e ampio, strutturato e setoso, corrispondente all'olfatto e di lunga persistenza.
Pairings
Si abbina a carini bianche e crostacei, ma può tranquillamente essere degustato a tutto pasto.
