description
The Domaine Thévenet-Delouvin is located in the heart of the Marne valley in Passy-Grigny, a village in Champagne near Dormans.
The three Champagne vines are grown here: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay through the application of the principles of sustainable viticulture.
The eco-sustainable approach receives an important recognition in 2016 when two important certifications are awarded at the Domaine: H.V.E. (high environmental value) and V.D.C. (sustainable viticulture of Champagne)
Within the company, all phases are followed with precision, in order to create authentic cuvées that highlight the characteristics of the terroir and guarantee wines with a strong personality.
Insolite Meunier Brut is a refined expression of Pinot Meunier, a wine with a unique freshness and salinity that is vinified only in oak barrels.
Giallo paglierino.
Ostriche e altri crostacei, carni bianche, formaggi.
