Tristan Hyest Champagne Blanc de Noirs Les Vignes de Trelou Extra Brut
description
Details of wine
The Domaine Tristan Hyest is the representation of the artisan vigneron par excellence, a small producer that carries on family traditions in the name of respect for the land and through a cultivation that uses natural methods by banishing any chemical approach.
A young company in which the latest generation represented by Tristan has entered since 2001 and began producing its cuvées in 2003.
From this young spirit innovative wines are born, with a strong personality in which the craftsmanship of small producers is savored.
The Blanc de Noirs Les Vignes de Trelou Extra Brut is among the innovative cuvées made by Tristan, and it is confirmed as a charming tasting experience but destined for the lucky few only for the 762 bottles produced.
To give life to this splendid Champagne are Meunier and Pinot Noir supplemented by the reserve wine of the two previous vintages.
Champagne that we could call joyful and with a marked freshness. Perfect on convivial occasions.
