Details of wine

Tristan Hyest was born in 2001 thanks to the inheritance of a few hectares of land in the locality of Trelou sur Marne, here the innovative spirit is combined with the passion for work and for the land, giving life to a series of cuvées with a great personality.

The production takes place with low impact agriculture, without synthetic products in the name of environmental sustainability.
Limited production cuvées are born from the cellar, obtained with long refinements sur lie and with very low dosage levels.

Champagne Les 7 Vignes is obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from 2008 with 20% Solera.

Produced in only 888 bottles, it is a wine that manages to combine finesse and depth of taste, a Champagne that leaves its mark.
