The "Redigaffi" is the top wine of the Tua Rita winery. A wine of incredible elegance and superb workmanship. The "Redigaffi" is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes that are chosen as parcel by parcel. Once they have arrived in the cellar, they are sent for fermentation with indigenous yeasts exclusively in oak wood vats and maceration on the skins provides for various punching to extract the maximum concentration clearly evident in the glass. The aging of the wine lasts 18-20 months in French oak barrels, followed by a brief period of resting in the bottle.

Rosso rubino intenso.
Tripudio di profumi speziati e fruttati (pepe nero, spezie orientali, frutti di bosco scuri), meravigliosamente accompagnati da aromi di fave di cacao, tamarindo e tostatura.
Bocca generosa, scalpitante, di magnifico equilibrio e persistenza, con una trama tannica elegantissima con note di tabacco e liquirizia.
Abbinabile a carni rosse e piatti a base di cacciagione, può essere considerato un vino da meditazione, da consumarsi alla fine di un pasto, magari accompagnato con dei formaggi.
