description
The old rows of the Sant'Angelo vineyard ? which takes its name from the ancient eighteenth-century chapel that stands in the middle ? have over 50 years of life. Harvest after harvest, they allow for a very low and constant production, with grapes of great balance and quality. The wine aged in new French oak barrels for 18-20 months, is a classic Montepulciano Riserva structured but also elegant, capable of long aging.
Rubino impenetrabile.

Name: Valori
Start-up year: 1981
Number of wines produced: 4
Cultivated hectares: 26
Winemaker name: Luigi Valori, Romeo Taraborrelli
Address: Via Torquato al Salinello 8 Sant'Omero (TE)
The company was founded in 1988 with the purchase by the current owner of a 5-hectare vineyard and cellar, with the intention of producing a quality wine and with the collaboration of technicians to first order (for Attilio Pagli and Frederick Curtaz for agronomy). Radical changes are made to be positioned in its vineyard and in the equipment store. The extension of the company is gradually expanded to the current 26 hectares of vineyards with the facility of modern design, all of Montepulciano.
