description
Details of wine
From the old rows of vines in the Sant'Angelo vineyard - named after the ancient 18th-century chapel in the centre of the vineyard - more than 50 years old, a very low and constant production is obtained, harvest after harvest, giving grapes of great balance and quality. The wine, aged in new barriques for 18-20 months, is a classic Montepulciano Riserva that is structured but also elegant, capable of long ageing.

CELLAR
Name: Valori
Start-up year: 1981
Number of wines produced: 4
Cultivated hectares: 26
Winemaker name: Luigi Valori, Romeo Taraborrelli
Address: Via Torquato al Salinello 8 Sant'Omero (TE)
The company was founded in 1988 with the purchase by the current owner of a 5-hectare vineyard and cellar, with the intention of producing a quality wine and with the collaboration of technicians to first order (for Attilio Pagli and Frederick Curtaz for agronomy). Radical changes are made to be positioned in its vineyard and in the equipment store. The extension of the company is gradually expanded to the current 26 hectares of vineyards with the facility of modern design, all of Montepulciano.
