The Maison Vazart Coquart was born by Louis and Marie, but sees a strong affirmation thanks to the guidance of his son Jean-Pierre Vazart who represents the third generation of vintners who keep the vineyards in Chouilly, a Grand Cru of the Cote des Blancs.
This Maison was among the first to boast the HEV (High Environmental Value Vineyard) certification in 2012 for its philosophy that respects the environment and biodiversity.
Its terroir is cultivated practically all in Chardonnay with a small particle dedicated to Pinot Noir.
The Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru "Grand Bouquet" Vazart Coquart is an elegant and fragrant wine from Chardonnay grapes grown in Chouilly.
A Champagne produced according to the Champenoise method which ages in glass on its lees for at least three years.
The refinement that distinguishes these bubbles make it ideal during an evening with friends.

Smell
Al naso colpisce per l'intensità e la piacevolezza dei sentori fruttati e floreali, con note di agrumi e mineralità ben presenti sullo sfondo.
Taste
Al palato è incredibilmente cremoso e appagante, con un sorso fresco e sapido dal sapore fruttato e quasi salino. La grande persistenza gustativa conclude una degustazione davvero interessante e piacevole.
