Description
A Champagne that was born thanks to the passion of a maison that expresses the classic elegance of the Cote de Blancs.
Produced through the traditional Champenoise method from Chardonnay grapes of 3 different vintages and from a 25% of Solera blend, it referments in glass and ages on the lees for at least 48 months after being bottled. At the end of this period, traditional disgorgement, dosing and bottling operations are carried out.
It contains all the characteristics of French Champagne such as elegance, freshness and a marked minerality. The nose is the main protagonists of the citrus aromas which give way in the end to those of yeasts. If you plan a dinner with friends it can be a dream that will never betray you.
Giallo paglierino mediamente carico.
