1976 is the year in which the history of the Cantina Venturini Baldini begins, which today represents a point of reference in the Emilian wine-making reality. Characterized by organic farming, the production has been deliberately limited to guarantee excellent quality to all those who are looking for high quality products. One of the most recognized productions is that of the Malvasia Graniers, which is born on land located at 300/400 s.l.m. clayey and sandy and is produced with Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes. The sparkling and lively character is immediately evident, like the notes of jasmine and sage, Al gusto is fairly dry with a fine effervescence.
To be consumed during an aperitif, with meats and moderately seasoned cheeses.

Our position in the foothills of Emilia is ideal, as the local microclimate allows the sun to burn off the winter fog and the cool greenery to moderate the summer heat. It was right here, in 1975 and within sight of Quattro Castella, that we started our farm business on the side of Roncolo hill.
The vines cover over a quarter of the estate which surrounds the 17th-century manor house. The estate stands at between 170 and 370 metres above sea level. Since the mid-Seventies we have done our utmost to conserve the nature of the 150-hectare site, which is one quarter vineyard and three quarters natural woodland and meadow.
And this is what makes it so special: coming across vines amidst woodland with age-old oaks, fruit trees and open grassland where roe deer, foxes, hares, weasels and badgers wander freely, gives some indication of the healthy state of the local eco-system. It is no coincidence that the farm is a seamless continuation of the Parco di Roncolo, which is a protected green area incorporating a number of woods at the eastern edge of the town of Quattro Castella.
