Our family produces wine since generations, but only since 1994 we have decided to produced the famous 'Bollicine' of Franciacorta. In the production of wine, we employ only grapes which come from our own wineyards or grapes which come from wineyards directly managed by ourself. (approximately 600.000 square meters), in order to control the quality of raw material. The cellar is 1,500 square meters and it is equpped with modern and technological machines in addition to the traditional French Barriques used during the refining process.
