100% Sangiovese with spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, ages 12 months in cement and cask and another 12 months in bottle.
The sandstone matrix of the soil produces a complex and dense wine with aromas.Fruity bouquet of blueberries and red fruits that turns towards undergrowth and humus.

Al naso emergono frutta rossa acidula, pimento, sandalo e rovere su delicato sfondo silvestre.
