Aroma: feines, "samtiges", kräftiges, vielschichtiges, progressives und sehr andauerndes Aroma mit fruchtigen, blumigen, würzigen und mineralischen Noten, sie sich miteinander vollkommend integrieren. Dazu Hyazinthen-, Melonen-, Aprikosen-, Melissen-, Salbei-, Mandel-, Vanille-, Pinienkern-, Kaper-, Orangenblüten-, Heckenrosen-, Zeder- und Pampelmusenoten. Gaumen: im Gaumen ist der Wein wohlschmeckend, vollmundig, reizend, gut strukturiert, harmonisch und andauernd. Im Abgang ist er samtig mit Ananas- und Gewürznoten, die Struktur ist sofort mit Haselnuss und Pinienkernaromen zu spüren. Am Ende ist die für Friaul typische Mandelnote zu spüren, die den Anhalt des Weines noch verlängern.
