Eulogio Pomares continues the family tradition of this Salnès historic cellar since 2000, and cultivates 6.5 ha (predominantly Albariño and also a few red stained Caiño vines, Loureiro tinto, Espadeiro). The heritage of old vineyards (some centenarians and foot outside), the location of the vineyards in the privileged area of Sisan and Padrenda, the mulching of the soils for the care of the organic substance and the precision of the winemaking of Eulogio make the wines of this cellar a Reference in DO Rias Baixas. White wines with aging capacity and red (a rarity) are the most expressive and complex of the area.
